Soft top fabric
This begins with the selection of materials for your VW soft top. We only use soft top fabrics that were used by the vehicle manufacturer for the original equipment.
We do not use any inferior soft top fabric, for example: because it is so nice and stretchy!!!
This would make our work easier (you wouldn't have to work so precisely), but the VW soft top is much looser on your convertible.
This is noticeable when driving fast due to more wind noise.
Or imported materials that are so cheap, but less reliable in terms of durability and appearance after a while.
We don't do that.
Fit
For all VW soft tops, we pay attention to a well-engineered pattern.
Due to the numerous VW soft top assemblies in our company, it is possible to comply with the obligation to maintain the pattern.
Originality
During the development of the VW soft top pattern, care is taken to ensure that the original shape of the soft top is maintained. The seams are where they were or where they really belong. Where there is room for improvement on the VW convertible top, this adjustment is incorporated into the convertible top cut after careful examination.
Particular attention is paid to the stretching behavior of the soft top fabric. The special characteristics of the shape of your new VW convertible top and the resulting stress distributions are also taken into account.
